My Yoga Journey

My yoga practice began well over a decade ago as part of an overall fitness program to support an active lifestyle that included martial arts, mountain biking, skiing and whatever else this active dad in his 40’s wanted to do.

 

Yoga has also helped me in so many other ways during a successful career as a finance executive that has taken me all over the world with Fortune 500 companies.

 

Now in my 50’s, I completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training in order to deepen my practice and I want to share my experiences to help deepen the practice of others.
